What is Suspension Training?
Suspension Training is a new category of exercise for athletes of all abilities that leverages one’s own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously.

Why is Suspension Training different than Traditional Exercise?
Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time which is contradictory to the normal coordinated muscle effort used to complete most activities. Focusing on only one muscle at a time is more likely to lead to overuse injuries and muscular imbalances, as well as potentially limit strength and movement gains. Suspension Training™ allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.

NO there is no contact in Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness or working with any partners. Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness is a fitness program designed for individuals to work at their own pace. The exercises are safe for women and men.

Is Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness Martial Arts?
NO. Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness is based on the training methods used by elite athletes. We have found that elite athletes are in incredible shape so we modified some of the training techniques that is used by those athletes and created this fitness program. We wanted to get people into the best shape they possibly can while still being able to walk the next day! This makes Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness not only one of the best workouts you can get but also challenging and fun.

I have never worked out before….is Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness for me?
Yes. Unlike an aerobic class or other fitness classes where an instructor is leading a group of people through various exercises at a certain pace, Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness allows everyone to go at their own pace. Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness is broken up into intervals that are made up of timed segments. An individual can compete with themselves to see how many repetitions of each exercise you can do within those timed segments.

How long are the classes?
Ultimate Bootcamp Fitness was designed to get maximum results in a short amount of time. The class is 30 minutes. This allows someone to get a great workout in without taking up much time out of one’s day.
