Godspell 2017

MiZceQ Godspell 2017Godspell was the spring musical performance at George School on May 19 and 20. This is the third time in recent history that George School has performed the musical with previous performances taking place in 1976 and 1991.

“Having Kevin Davis ’77, who played Jesus in 1976, in all of the productions I have been a part of here at George School has always been an honor,” said Noah Fischer ’17 who plays Jesus in this year’s production. “Kevin has simply told me to keep animated. Godspell is a show that requires maximum concentration to one another, but also to one’s individual posture and energy throughout the show. That’s what makes it fun to perform.”

Chris Brodbeck ’18 plays John the Baptist/Judas in the production which also features an ensemble cast of Paige Andreassi ’18, Will Bein ’17, Angie Bottomley ’19, Cooper Feiner ’20, Penzi Hill ’20, Sydney Johnson ’17, Elliot Landor ’18, Chloe Lentchner ’19, Rishi Madnani ’19, Sarah Mastrocola ’19, Kayla McDow ’20, Ike Osenberg ’19, Eric Ruziskey ’20, Paul Ruziskey ’17, Oliver Shaw ’18, and Kat Stein ’18.
