This is a very simple but effective home back workout that can be performed with just a set of dumbbells. This workout consists of 4 different exercises that will be performed 4 times each for 8-10 reps a piece. Rest periods should be no longer than 60 seconds and no sooner than 40 seconds.

Home Back Workout w/ Dumbbells:
1. Dumbbell Rows 4 x 8-10
2. Bent Lateral Raises 4 x 8-10
3. Bent Rows 4 x 8-10
4. Underhand Rows 4 x 8-10
